Duane has been doing electrical work for 15 years, along with taking several electrical code classes. He has a 16-year-old daughter and enjoys fishing, watching sports and races and grilling.

Vicki Bradberry
Vicki is the Service Partner Plan coordinator for Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical. She does not have children unless you count her dog, Bucky! Her favorite thing in life is horses and she loves training and riding. Vicki’s dream is to one day live on a ranch in Montana or Wyoming.

Jason Hutto
Jason has 2 daughters, ages 6 and 9. He is married and loves his family. Jason has been in the plumbing industry for over 15 years. He enjoys working with his hands and helping others, which is what attracted him to the plumbing industry. In his spare time, Jason plays several musical instruments and loves to sing.

Jeff Pridgen
Jeff has worked for Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical Service for over 7 years and has been in the plumbing industry for 17 years. He has several certifications and licenses which include; gas, water heater installer and is Nexstar certified. He has 3 children; Justin who is in the Air Force, Alisha, who is in college, and Dajha, who is 10.

Tony Em
Tony has been in the plumbing industry for 41 years and has his master plumbing license. He is happily married and has 7 children; 5 sons and 2 daughters. He also has 12 grandchildren. Tony enjoys fishing, hunting, cooking and gardening.

David Terry
David is North American Technician Excellence (N.A.T.E) certified in the following area; air conditioning service, air conditioning installation, gas furnace service, gas furnace installation, heat pump service, heat pump installation, air distribution service and air distribution installation. David is also a state mechanical contractor for the State of South Carolina. He has been married for 23 years and has 3 children, David Jr., 22 and twins, Jake and Josh, who are 12. David enjoys coaching baseball and time with friends and family in front of a bar-b-que grill.

Cortrez Halley
Cortrez is EPA certified and has been working in the plumbing field for 10 years. He is married and has an 18-month-old daughter. Cortrez is a drummer in a band.

Jacob Harding
Jacob has been a plumber for 14 years. He is married with 3 children; 2 sons, Jake and Jesse and a daughter, Jody. Jacob enjoys golfing, camping, all outdoor activities and visiting Charleston, SC.

Rob Tager
Rob has been in the plumbing industry for 20 years and is backflow certified. Rob is a Columbia native who is married with 3 children.

Rob Stomm
Rob has been in the HVAC industry for 6 years. He chose this career because he loves the satisfaction of a job well done and making customers happy. Rob is married and has 2 daughters, ages 13 and 1. During his time off he enjoys bowling and archery.

John Peevey, Jr
John has several certifications; OSHA, Nu-Flow Core-in-place pipe lining, and Flowliner air inversion pipe lining. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, running and mountain biking.

Brian Covington
Brian has been in the plumbing industry for 4 years. On his time off he enjoys reading.

Nick Baker:
Nick has been in the electrical industry for 6 years. He became interested in this field during a high school electricity class. Nick is happily married and has 3 children.

Rick Baker
Rick has been an electrician for 6 years and is electricity certified. He is married with 4 children and enjoys the outdoors.

Matt Frazer
Matt is the warehouse expediter for Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical. His favorite part of the day is spending time with his 3 children who are 2, 3 and 7.

Robert Bratcher
Robert is a plumber for Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical. Robert has a daughter and enjoys watching college football, singing, dancing and playing pool.

Reggie Geiger
Reggie has been in the plumbing industry for over 5 years. He is married with 2 children; a one-year-old son and a 5-year-old daughter. In his spare time he enjoys working on cars.

David Estes
David has been working as service manager for Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical for over a year. He treats everyone like family. He has been in the trade for 20 years. David has a mechanical engineering degree and is also a Nexstar certified technician. He has 3 children, Chelsea, Donaven and Owen, who mean the world to him. David also donates his time to the Oliver Gospel Mission and Kids Youth.

Mike Johnson
Mike has an associates degree in both business and industrial electricity from Midlands Technical College. Mike has worked in the field for 6 years installing controls for HVAC energy management systems and as a comfort consultant. Mike has lived in West Columbia all his life and has 2 children, of which he is very proud. His son, Ethan, is 9 and daughter Caroline is 5. Mike has been on the board and helped coach a baseball team in minor leagues (9-10 year olds) at Pineview in West Columbia. He has been very blessed!

Jay Ottney
Jay is the general manager at Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical. His family includes his best friend and wife, Ruthie, and their 2 dogs, Brady and Ginger. Jay has been involved in service in one form or another since he was 14 years old and made emergency fuel oil deliveries to his grandfather’s customers. He is an avid golfer and jokes that golf is the only sport he can still play without getting hurt, but manages to batter and bruise his ego on the links just about every weekend!

Jon Douglas
Jon has worked in the plumbing field for 10 years and has been a service technician for 2 of those 10 years. Jon is married and has an 18-month-old son along with an 8 month Boston Terrier. His wife is a stay at home mom. Jon loves to kayak, mainly on the Saluda River. He has paddled the Whitewater Park in Charlotte, the New River Gorge, the Chattooga and the Gauley River.

Jay Ellis
Jay has been working for Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical for 13 years. He has several certifications / license; master gas fitter, DHEC certified backflow, Noritz installer, Rheem/Rudd commercial technician and Nexstar certified service technician. Jay has a son, Jaxon. In his spare time enjoys fishing and hiking.

Debby Reese
Debby has been a customer relations manager for Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical for 3 years. She has 2 wonderful grandsons who keep her young. Debby enjoys working in the yard and watching movies. She also likes to put together puzzles and spend time with her family and friends.

Shannon Sinclair
Shannon has been a customer relations manager for Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical for 4 years. She is a parent to 2 cats, Lucifer and Penguin and her dog, Chester. Shannon is part owner of Showglass, a jewelry business that she and her mom started almost 10 years ago. Mom sells and Shannon is the artist. Shannon loves to cook and experiment in the kitchen. She also loves to travel. Some of her travels have included North America, Cabo San Lucas, Hawaii and St. John. In her time off, Shannon likes to curl up on the sofa with a good movie or book. She has a certificate in interior design, which she is putting to good use in her new home.

Brittany Warner
Brittany is a customer relations manager for Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical. She is the oldest of 4 and loves to cook, bake and spend time with her family. Her philosophy is, that we are not guaranteed a tomorrow. Some of Brittany’s hobbies include shopping and planning events. She is a volunteer involved with the Big Brother and Big Sister programs. She is also a volunteer with her church and has taken on the role of young adult event co-coordinator.

Ashley Bryant
Ashley is the administrative assistant for the owner/ president and general manager of Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2007, with a Bachelor’s degree. Ashley and her husband love to travel and are planning to visit a different country each year. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies, walking her dog, going to the beach and being with her family and friends.

Scott Ealey
Scott is a dispatcher for Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical. He has been in customer service for 5 years and has completed Nexstar customer service training. Scott enjoys meeting new and intriguing individuals. In his spare time, Scott enjoys bible study, foreign languages, and physical training to improve his health and enhance athleticism. He is also a beginning novelist (11,000 words and counting) and plans to complete his first 80,000 word manuscript by the summer of 2010.

Paula Claas
Paula has been working for Gene Love, Plumbing, Air and Electrical for 6 years. She has been working in the accounting field for over 30 years. Paula is a true Carolina girl. She was born and raised in our great state and attended the University of South Carolina. The things she loves most are God and her family — including the four legged members!

Robert Elvington
Bobby is the warehouse manager for Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical. He has a master plumbing license, a mechanical contractors license and is backflow certified. Bobby was hired at Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical in 1987 and had the 3rd service plumbing truck issued. He has been a plumber for 26 years. He has three children, Joshua, Jacob and Caitlin. Bobby loves spending time with his family. He enjoys going the beach, the lake and summer days.

Aaron McGough
Aaron has been working for Gene Love Plumbing, Air and Electrical for 15 years. He has 2 sons, Preston and Alexander.

Ed Hartley
Ed has been working for Gene Love, Plumbing, Air and Electrical for 5 years. He was a crew chief in the Air Force for 24 years and is a Vietnam veteran. In his spare time, Ed enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing and ballroom dancing.

James Carwell
James has been a plumber for 5 years and has recently received his master plumbers license. He also is backflow certified. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and girlfriend, as well as his 3 dogs; 2 Boxers and 1 Great Dane. He also enjoys playing his PS3 and XBOX 360.
